On a very simplistic level we will accomplish our mission in a multitude of ways through the vehicle of fitness in a CrossFit gym setting. However, diving to a deeper level, we build better people through accountability in fitness and the ultimate goal of being happy and healthy in your skin and to celebrate a life worth living.
Through goal setting and hard work, we hope to offer each athlete a memorable and rewarding experience and to push each individual one step closer to achieving his or her personal goals. Stockyard Crossfit will provide an atmosphere conducive to strength gains, and improved cardio and bodyweight skills. The environment will be encouraging and motivating, and it will provide both the structure and instruction required to help each member achieve whatever they set out to do. Our goal is to make your goals attainable, and to help you BUILD a BETTER YOU. The very best version of you!

The fact that you have found us means you are curious about one of the fastest growing fitness movements on Earth.
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Stockyard CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Stockyard Crossfit classes. We do this either one-on-one or through our On-Ramp Beginners Course.
On-Ramp classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the 4 consecutive sessions, you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory, so if you are unable to make a session, you can contact us so we can work with you on getting caught up. Please call or email the gym for starting dates and how to get signed up!

This is not my first rodeo...
We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us. If you are just passing through town, we charge a drop in fee of $15 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $60. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign (our insurance friends make us do this) and introduce you to our box.
If you are looking to join our box and have prior knowledge of the fundamentals of CrossFit movements and methodologies, you are welcome to come and join our Herd. We would love to meet you and to have you as a part of our community here at Stockyard.
Stockyard CrossFit Kids
Develeoping a lifelong love of fitness in your child.
Our CrossFit Kids program is shaped by an insistence on near perfect mechanics. Our program is designed to build self confidence by encouraging and fostering a love of becoming and staying fit. We tailor the fitness routines to build muscle, bone strength, and speed at a level appropriate for the growing body. Whether your child is a budding athlete or just wants to have fun and get moving, Stockyard CrossFit Kids is the place for your child to fall in love with fitness.

What does this mean? On Saturdays we like to have fun. When you show up you will be assigned a partner from our awesome community to endure this one of a kind workout with. You and your partner will complete the workout, one of you working at a time, and encourage the very best out of one another. Although this workout is for all levels, we discourage first timers and those who have never done CrossFit at this class.

ON-Ramp Introductory Course
Our foundation course for beginners only. This is a two week, two days a week, course that introduces all fundamental movements and methodologies required for our regular classes. This is a one-time fee of $135. After completion of this course, we will provide you a $50 credit towards your first month of unlimited CrossFit.
