The fact that you have found us means you are curious about one of the fastest growing fitness movements on Earth.

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Stockyard CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Stockyard Crossfit classes. We do this either one-on-one or through our On-Ramp Beginners Course.

On-Ramp classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the 4 consecutive sessions, you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory, so if you are unable to make a session, you can contact us so we can work with you on getting caught up.
